Terms and Conditions
Effective October 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of Daure (the "Service"), a lead data subscription operated by Aryan, an individual based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account, requesting a sample or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service delivers lists of businesses, mainly Shopify stores, that are running advertisements on Meta platforms. Each record may include the business name, website, links to public ads, details observed on the store's public pages, publicly listed contact details and a suggested opening line. Leads are delivered by email, through a client portal and as CSV downloads.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and acting for a business.
- You are responsible for activity under your login. Login links are personal; do not forward them.
- Information you give us about your business must be accurate.
3. Plans and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in US dollars at the price shown when you subscribe. Lead volumes are maximums, not guarantees, and depend on how many qualifying businesses exist in your chosen niches.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments made through Paddle are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Sales tax and VAT are added at checkout where the law requires. Customers we invoice directly pay by the method shown on the invoice.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period.
4. How you may use the data
You may use leads for your own business development, such as contacting businesses about your services. You agree that you will:
- Comply with all laws that apply to your outreach, including the US CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR and UK GDPR where relevant, and any local anti-spam or privacy law.
- Include an unsubscribe option and your postal address in marketing emails, and honor opt-out requests promptly.
- Stop using, and delete, the data of any business that asks you not to contact it. If we tell you a business asked to be removed from our data, stop using its record.
- Only use contact details for business-to-business outreach, never to market to individuals as consumers.
- Not resell, publish or share the lead data with third parties, or use it to build a competing data product.
- Not use the data for harassment, fraud, discrimination or any unlawful purpose.
5. Data sources and accuracy
Lead data is collected from publicly available sources, including Meta's Ad Library and the public pages of business websites. Businesses change their ads, apps and contact details often, so we cannot guarantee that every record is complete, current or correct. Detected apps and missing tools are inferred from public website code and may be wrong. Any business can ask to be removed from our data at daure.in/remove, and we stop collecting it.
6. Acceptable use of the Service
You may not attempt to access other customers' data, interfere with the Service, scrape the portal in bulk beyond normal exports, or share your account.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software and the way lead data is compiled and presented belong to us. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-transferable licence to use delivered leads under section 4 for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for leads you have already received.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, fails to pay, or uses the data in a way that exposes us or others to legal risk. If we end the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any prepaid amount for the unused period.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not promise any particular sales result, reply rate or revenue from using the leads. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses arising from your unlawful use of lead data or your breach of section 4.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email active customers at least 14 days before it takes effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
